Raosu Hot Pot and Sushi exceeded my expectations in every way possible! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and seated promptly. What truly sets Raosu apart is their incredible variety - offering up to three different soup bases for hot pot enthusiasts like myself to indulge in. The AYCE hot pot and sushi option is an absolute game-changer. Not only does it allow you to customize your meal to your heart's content, but it also ensures that you leave fully satisfied. Whether you're craving fresh sushi rolls or simmering hot pot goodness, Raosu has got you covered. The quality of ingredients is top-notch, and the attentive staff are always on hand to assist with any questions or special requests. The ambiance is inviting and perfect for gathering with friends or enjoying a cozy meal with loved ones. If you're a fan of hot pot and sushi, look no further than Raosu Hot Pot and Sushi. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The first thing that stood out was just how beautiful the space was. Definitely had a lot of very instagrammable spaces. The food was also delicious - my husband and I got the spicy oil and coconut chicken broths. The spicy broth was solid - very flavorful. And the coconut chicken had a nice, almost creamy quality, which contrasted the spicy broth well. My husband and I got the $39.99 all you can eat package, and absolutely loved it. While not as extensive as the ~$70 package, we still had a nice selection of meats and vegetables. We also were able to get some appetizers, all of which we loved. We especially enjoyed this mango sago dessert. All in all, we had a good experience and were very impressed by the good value of the AYCE package. Will definitely recommend for anyone who want a nice hotpot experience!

What an amazing buffet. It has the trifecta: hotpot, sushi, and dim sum. The dim sum buffet is kind of hidden on a third menu, which you have to ask for and it's only on the $75 premium option. I highly recommend the more expensive option since the variety is amazing. Bring gloves and scissors for opening up their amazing crab. I don't think I've ever seen a crab leg be so spiky before at a buffet. They even allow up to 4 soup broths on the hotpot. The great thing about this place is that there are some self service items and cooked items you can get yourself while ordering for the hotpot, dim sum , or sushi. The crab and surprisingly, abalone, is on the self serve section. There's a wide selection of options for sauces for the hotpot. Garlic, scallions, soy sauce, chili oil, etc. The premium option has sashimi, so we just loaded up on that fatty salmon. I'll probably ban my friend Rocky from ordering Milky beef that actually has milk on raw meat. Who the hell eats that?! The decor is very fancy. Looks like a swanky hotel and has chandeliers and interesting statues. Very clean, and fast service.

Ambiance - 5 Stars Service - 4 Stars. The waiters forgot about our orders sometimes. Food - 4 Stars. The soup base of the hot pot is very good, all the food for hot pot are very fresh, a lot of varieties and in good quality. However, the Japanese food, ex. Sashimi, are not that fresh. Therefore, I would suggest not to include the Japanese food in the buffet, which can reduce the price of $10. Overall, the dining experience here is very pleasant. I would come back sometime in the future.
